„Nice place but the room wasn’t clean when we came, there were crumbs on the couch and hair on the bed. My husband stepped on glass in the hallway. Weed smoke was also just constantly stinking up the room from the other unit, not the owners fault but an inconvenience. Other than the lack of cleanliness I would say it’s a nice stay, just expect a cleaner place when we’re paying for the cleaning fee and giving a 200 dollar deposit plus the room. “

„host was absolutely wonderful. checked in on us from arrival to departure. area is a little sketchy, our first night the uber told us to be very safe and that we were not in the best area. also unit B where we stayed was much much smaller than I gathered from photos, prob 9x13 or less. there's no windows, you can hear your neighbors through the wall etc. however neither of these things are at all the fault of the host! just being from out of town two things i wish i had dug deeper into on my ...

„The room had everything I needed. I liked that I could just walk out the door and be right at the pool. The bathroom / shower was spacious. Loved having a full refrigerator / freezer. Bed was comfortable. I could easily walk to some of my favorite cafes, bars, and restaurants in the Roosevelt Arts District. The host was very responsive and made sure I was happy and comfortable.“
