„Nice little place to stay for the evening“

„Nice place.The dishwasher didn’t work, but the owner said he would get it fixed.We would stay here again if we go back.“

„The property smelled clean walking through the door. Good size, neighborhood is close to everything and some businesses are walkable, which is not as common for Phoenix.“

„Overall good stay and decent place but communication with the property owner for check-in was awful. I messaged them several times prior to my arrival even a week before and no response. Finally, after calling several times, I received a call back 45 minutes after check-in time, with check-in instructions. It is really not that hard to send one message to guest with instructions but required me calling them several times to receive response.“

„My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the guesthouse. He thoroughly enjoyed the leather recliner and playing records on the turntable. I grew up in the neighborhood, so it was nice to be near family, but have a place to retreat to. The open kitchen, eating space, and living room combo was spacious and well-appointed, and the separate bedroom and bathroom spaces were clean and comfortable. We didn't bring pets, but are always thankful the option is offered!“
