„Everyone - owner Jigme, Operations manager Joel, receptionists, waiters and other staff - was very efficient, polite and helpful. They give personal attention to each guest and fulfil any reasonable demand beyond usual expectation. I have not come across such a staff anywhere in the world.“

„Norbu the hotel GM was excellent. He personally made sure that the stay was comfortable and any of our needs were addressed. In fact, while embarrassing to state in a review, we ran out of cash and he lent us Rs. 5000/= going out of the way. That was a very trusting gesture on his part.
