« The property was perfect for our needs. We had 10 adults that stayed in the property, and 2 others that stayed nearby and visited during the day. We loved the location, all the beach items in the shed, the rooms, the grill, the hot tub, the massive garage and alley parking, plenty of tables and chairs in kitchen and courtyard, 2 sets of washer/dryer, and the elevator for heavy luggage. « The property is across the board walk from the beach, so couldn't be easier to enjoy the huge sands and ocean. The home itself has a terrific view with the beach side wall being all glass, with a glassed in balcony. Everything you need contained within, high beamed ceiling, comfy seating, and a fully contained kitchen. Our four footed family loved the walks on the beach before 10 and after 4:30. « What a fabulous home for our family of 10 to stay!! We had a couple of minor issues but April was great in getting back to us quickly. the pictures on the site are great but doesn't show how really good the pool area is. We had 5 kids age 9 to 18 and they totally enjoyed the backyard from going down the slide all day long to seeing the Sea World fireworks every night from the top of the slide area. This will definitely be our go to home if and when we return to the San Diego Area. »

« The house is situated on a very safe cul-de-sac next to military housing. The rooms and closets were very spacious and the house came equipped with everything we needed for a toddler and infant, plus two dogs. Grocery stores are five minutes away and the beach is about ten minutes away. There were a few broken things upon arrival: one of the closet doors in front of the dryer and a towel rod in the downstairs bathroom. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and will consider renting again. »
