Dieses Ferienhaus hat 4 Schlafzimmer und bietet dir einen privaten eingezäunten Hof sowie einen DVD-Player. Freu dich auf einen Kamin sowie eine Küche mit einem Kühlschrank und einem Ofen, in der du dir auf Wunsch leckere Mahlzeiten zubereiten kannst. Das Bad wird gemeinschaftlich genutzt.
Dieses Ferienhaus besitzt klimatisierte Zimmer, die folgende Ausstattung bieten: Kamine und Waschmaschinen/Trockner. Die Zimmer verfügen über Balkone oder Patios. Beautiful place. Had everything we needed (could have provided a few additional towel) in the home. Love the porches and all of the kind people we encountered. Great getaway!Living room has sectional sofa that was so comfy (different than the pictures listed).

super cute area & very nice home

Loved our stay with my sisters for our trip together. Renting a golf cart was the best. Wish there were more shopping & dining options but we loved the relaxed environment. House is amazing and the beautiful Arrowhead golf course/ driving range and pro shop is only a few minutes away.

Nice house - needs to be stocked better

The house is situated in a lovely spot in Carlton Landing. It’s approx a 5-10 min walk to the lake, 5 min to the basketball courts and 2 min from the closest pool and bocce ball. The beds were clean and AC worked perfectly. The one thing that was frustrating was the limited amount of day to day items such as TP, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, trash bags and towels. I find it mind boggling to not include enough extras for the stay considering the cost of the rental. We had to go to town and buy enough to get us through the trip.

We loved the bunkbeds for our kiddos, the open kitchen area, and the two screened in porches. We found ourselves enjoying time out there as adults in the evenings and mornings before the children woke up.The mud room was great to store our items when we came back from the pool or lake. Kitchen well stocked and the location was perfect!! all the kids loved playing in the green space in front of the home and in the fenced in backyard.. We walked everywhere we wanted to go & even took a short hike to the top of the hill to watch the sunset. loved the air streams for lunch, and the pizza place was amazing! very pleased with our first experience at Carllton Landing and hope to come back soon!!

Loved our stay!

The house was still being cleaned at 4:00 check in time. It was a rush job and not cleaned well. The home was adorable and had everything anyone would need for a stay. It has obviously been rented out often to people that have been really hard on interiors. Lots of rough wear and tear! Dirty walls & carpet. I made me sad for the home owners! Loved the trip coming back in August. Thanks Shara

If I can offer any constructive info,It would be to raise the ground a little right by the steps in the backyard. It was really muddy our entire stay. We would also like the swinging patio door to open inward from the outside. It would have been helpful to understand the TV set up. We almost missed the Thunder Game because of the Roku TV. Thankfully someone wasn't signed out of YoutubeTV so we were able to get it. The rest of everything was amazing!

Great Family Reunion Spot

Other than having some issues with understanding the pool and fitness center access (it’s now a fob for one and a code for the other…which isn’t clear in the materials you receive and you need to click through multiple screens on the app to find it) and the refrigerator not cooling quickly upon arrival (just bring a bag of ice and you’re good) everything was perfect. Put the not-perfect things first because the great stuff is much longer! The management company was very responsive to every question. Awesome layout for multi-generational family stay. My parents stayed downstairs. Myself and my brother and his wife and the two kids stayed upstairs. Comfortable beds. Super clean. And we loved the porch swing beds! Highly recommend getting a golf cart if you have little ones and be sure to reserve before arriving. We all agreed we want to come back!
