« We stayed at this beautiful property before, and like the first time, we were very pleased with our stay. We rented the downstairs and upstairs rooms of the main house because we wanted privacy. The downstairs room is large and has a nice large deck on the back. Upstairs there is an awesome balcony overlooking the street, and a kitchen that is stocked with coffee and snacks, however, this is a common area that is shared with the upstairs room. We love this house and will stay here again. »

« House was lovely. Communication was perfect. If you have trouble with stairs be careful as yhe steps are steep. We really enjoyed this houseT and would definitely stay there again. The location was close to downtown!! Steep hill walking back up but so close and great house »

« The room is clean and very nicely furnished, the kitchenette has what we needed for having a light snack and cocktails. The cave right beyond the patio made it the most unique places we've stayed in. It's also right in the center of Eureka Springs making it a convenient to restaurants and shopping.Check in and out was easy the host responded to questions in a timely manner.If you have a lot of luggage the parking spot is a bit of a walk from the room. »

« Stayed in Studio #2, the room was great, the bed was super comfortable, bathroom was large, everything was super clean, the grounds are beautiful and everything is definitely walking distance and you will love that and having on site parking. Parking everywhere else charges you and is difficult to find. Very pet friendly but clean up their mess!! So many things to do and beautiful scenery. We would absolutely stay again. »

« This place was perfect for a weekend trip away. We stayed on the 4th of July and the town was very busy, so it was great having a place in such an ideal spot where everything was within walking distance. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again! »
