« Everything was very nice and well taken care of. It was a little confusing to me which areas belonged to the private owners, which areas were shared with other guests, and which were private. But everything we wanted was readily available. I loved the massage chair. And the deck/sauna/hot tub were excellent! »

« we love this place. lots of water toys and a boat to fish in and just cruise the lake. the house is well supplied with everything you need and then some. this is the second year we have stayed here and hope to get it next year too.the location is just about 20 miles from our homes, which makes it easy to just come up for the day.... »

« The house and Lake Goodwin were exceptional and the entire family had a great time. The kids enjoyed being out on the lake until almost 10pm nightly to make the most of the long summer days. The home was close to Smokey Point and stores. Easily one of our best family vacations - would absolutely stay here again! »

« Zi was a lovely hostess. She accommodated an early check in for us and communicated often and well. The house/condo was extremely clean, nicely decorated and roomy for 6 adults. Having the living room downstairs with the kitchen and dining room was great for when part of our party was ready for bed and part was not. The bedrooms are a nice size. Loved the shower! The listing is a bit confusing when it says 2 Queens in each room. There is 1 Queen bed in each bedroom and a futon in the 3rd. The...
