« We had a lovely stay at Rosemary Cottage Annexe, impeccably clean, very picturesque area, didn't need to use the car much which we loved, got lots of steps in! 20 mins walk to nearby cove with lovely beach cafe, and had a fabulous meal in The Thatched Inn 😍 »

« A lovely property in a lovely location. In the countryside but a short drive to all of the local attractions. Stayed for a long weekend and would definitely return. The garden gets good sunshine and is mostly fake grass so doesn't get muddy if it rains. The cottage was clean and well equipped. The walk in shower cubicle is in a small ensuite but there's an over bath shower in the bigger main bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped and there were tea bags and coffee pods already there for us. »

« Our stay was amazing. Judith , Julian and family were above and beyond. Our Grandsons had a wonderful time on the farm 🚜 we had a tour, bringing the cows in from the field , to watching them being milked, then to feed two new baby calves , and to end it with a tractor 🚜 ride 😀. The accommodation is very clean, and the boys loved living upside down lol 😆. The countryside is beyond words, stunning . I would recommend this 100% we shall definitely go again. Thankyou »

« We had a lovely 2 week holiday at Oyster cottage in Shaldon, everything that was promised in the description was there. A central position in the village, a 2 minute walk to the beach, cafés, pubs and restaurants all within walking distance. The botanical gardens are well worth a visit as the views are wonderful. The craft fair on the green was a lovely surprise. The little ferry between shaldon and teignmouth was a way to visit the nearby town but walking is also a possible option. A day trip...

« This cottage is one of the best equipped holiday homes we have stayed in. It was a comfortable home from home. The cottage is close to local shops and restaurants, as well the bus stop for the short ride to the harbour and shopping area. We would highly recommend this cottage for anyone visiting the Torquay area. »

« If you like being on Dartmoor, this property is very well situated. It is surrounded by fields with cattle and sheep. It’s a quiet location with a great view from the back garden. »

« We stayed at Wisteria Cottage for 6 days in April 2024 and can only recommend this cottage: it was very clean and all the necessary things for daily use are available. The location in Topsham is great as you can walk to many restaurants and pubs. The cottage is right on the High Street but we didn't find the traffic disturbing. In short, we would come back at any time. »

« We had another fantastic stay at Waterfall cottage in Dalwood, thank you Tracey. The property was great for our family, nice and cosy, and had everything we needed. Loads of good places/beaches to visit within a 20 minute drive or so, whilst we also enjoyed the delights of Dalwood including a superb dinner at the Tuckers Arms. « dirty utensils,cups,eating bowls, freezer leaking water and mildew growing inside. dirty sheet with dirt on and stains. both bed had springs coming through, one bed had a large dip in the middle, damp place, radiator controls had been taken off so it could not be adjusted. car parking was dangerous not wide enough to get in and out bust road, even though we asked hostes if the parking was wide enough for our car, they said it was. the stairs did not have a banister to go safely up and down...

« Cobblers Cottage was perfect for two people, beautifully decorated, very comfortable and quiet. The location of the cottage is excellent with a five minute walk to the beach and a two minute walk to the town. Sidmouth is a lovely little town with lots of shops. »

« An all male party of 6 stayed for 3 nights and the property suited us perfectly. Communication from the owners was good. The furniture was perhaps a little ‘tired’ but did not affect the quality of our stay as it has everything we needed. »
