„In die Jahre gekommene Hemlock Lodge mitten im State Park. Am Hang gelegen und mitten im Wald, viele Vögel und Eichhörnchen aber wenig Blick. Gute Betten aber Möbiliar und Badezimmer sind alt zuweisen zahlreiche Gebrauchspuren auf. Alle Zimmer haben großen Balkon. Leider nicht allzu sauber. Im angeschlossen Restaurant gab es sowohl morgens als auch abends Buffet. Preiswert aber auch nur allenfalls durchschnittlich gut. Die Natural Bridge kann man zu Fuß in einer 3/4 Stunde erreichen. „I was pretty impressed with this property. Not only was it cute, it was in a great location. It has a nice back porch and a fun fire pit area. Please note that the 2nd bedroom in in a loft area, requiring you to ascend some pretty steep stairs. I would definitely stay here again.“

„We had such a great getaway at this cabin. Being without Wi-Fi was tough at times but also made our stay more relaxing. Only thing we had a complaint about would be the flooring in the bathroom and kitchen needs replaced. “

„Perfect location close to everything in the red river Gorge. The owner is delightful, and the cabin was very clean and comfortable. Fair warning, the driveway is a bit of a challenge, but I got pretty good at backing down it after some practice. Great place for family to stay, plenty of room for everybody.“

„We had a short little weekend getaway and chose to stay at the Hummingbird. When we arrived we found the cabin to be just as described online. It was very clean, cute and cozy for our family of 4. We took full advantage of the hot tub and fire pit and there was just enough room for us all to have a comfortable sleeping space. The smaller size of the cabin was perfect for family interaction. I do wish there was another sitting chair as it was quite cozy for the 4 of us to sit on the couch lol. ...
