If you're looking for a place to hang out at during the day, it's dark and small. But if you're looking for a place to just sleep and get ready in the morning, it works perfect! That's all I needed was a night time place to rest, so it was great for my needs!“

„This place was perfect for us. We wanted something near our friends who were staying at Rivers Edge RV Park and this was about two miles away. The garage apartment was comfortable with plenty of amenities. Dr Yamamoto was overly friendly and caring and checked in with us to make sure everything was good. He even gave us a ticket for four to the playoffs of Fairbanks' semi-pro baseball team...GO GOLDPANNERS! We and another couple so enjoyed the game. If you're ever looking for a place to stay ...

„The place was clean. Had issue with wifi which he fixed. My only recommendation is that a tv be added to master bedroom. Host was very responsive. Kitchen and bathroom had what you needed and it was a quiet neighborhood. Checkin was easy“

„Overall good place to stay. Close to Costco, Fred Meyer, & Wal-Mart. The 2 Beds are good. The 2 Couches work well for children but are uncomfortable for larger teens and adults. Fans were made available to help stay cool during the summer heat. Owner is very responsive.“
