I imagine she doesn't have children and she sent me out of the hotel. Terrible service, attention did not make me any return. « Bathroom had feces on back of toilet where the hinges are. I tried to clean it off. »

« The room amd bathroom were very clean. The customer service was excellent. Turns out our fridge had been unplugged but maintenance quickly and promptly accessed that and corrected however the fridge didn't get cool enough to trust in the one night we were there so we had to rely on our cooler and ice. Beds were a little too hard and seemed older compared to the cosmetics updates of the room. But we'd definitely stay here again. »

« Our room was clean and had enough room for our children to move around. The free food and drinks are definitely worth it. The pool is kind of small but the staff is great. That's makes the difference. The hotel had an issue in the night that caused a major disturbance but they definitely made it right with us. Thank you to the Drury Inn for the wonderful experience. The arcade across the street is great as well. »

« Staying here was a great experience! The room was comfortable and clean, and I slept very well. The staff was helpful and I felt safe. The only downside was an unexpected $50 deposit for incidentals that took 4-5 days to be released. »
