« Overall the property itself exceeded expectations! It was much larger than expected and had more than enough room for my entire group of 8 to sleep comfortably. « Travelling from Houston to Colorado, we ended up arriving around 2am, our hosts were the most responsive and accommodating and allowed us to enter early. The home is exactly what we wanted, great view with a hot tub after a long hike day was heaven. We felt close enough to town but far enough to feel like a fairy tale. Fairplay is great central spot to visit Glenwood, the Rockies and Denver town. I will definitely be coming again. »
