« Second time staying here. The property is older and could use some updating, but beds are comfy and the shower is on the newer side and works well. The location is the draw. Close to beaches and short walk/drive to the 2 oceanfront restaurants in the immediate area. Paula is quick to respond to questions or concerns. We had a great stay and even added an additional night when we weeent ready to leave yet! »

« This typical Cape Cod house is in a very convenient location of Falmouth. Central to the beach, downtown, and grocery stores. You can walk to pretty much everything. While the house is older it is in good shape and worked great for our family over the 4th holiday weekend. »

« We loved staying in this home. It has everything you could possibly want for a enjoyable stay. The kitchen is well equipped. The beds are comfortable. There are water toys galore and tons of outdoor seating. The pond and beach are great. The check-in was easy and Julie is a delightful, attentive host. »

« We had a great time and the house was overall great. The outdoor shower was a hit and helpful. Sadly the dryer didn’t work and after reporting and being told someone would come, no one came out to look at it. We were counting on the w/d as this was the last stop of our trip so we had to air dry everything and that took up quite a bit of space. Location was great! »
