« The place was fine, my first impression of the view was beautiful, good location. There's a homeless camp just downhill from the deck that you can see from the deck and a few of the rooms indoors. There are no blinds, which would help with privacy. I understand that there's not much the property owners can do about this and we had no problems with homeless folks during our stay, but the property manager I contacted to just let them know was very dismissive. "Our stay was perfect! The staff – whether at reception, in the bar and restaurant, at the luggage counter or in housekeeping – were patient and understanding despite the language barrier; they were always smiling and friendly, and we left feeling truly delighted! I’m just deducting one star because the booking stated that breakfast was included, but we had to pay for every breakfast (and there was no mention on the menu of what was included or not). Thanks again to the whole team – it was truly perfect! I’ll definitely be back!"
