« This was our first trip to Deep Creek Lake and it couldn't have been better. Quiet, peaceful, and beautiful. The cabin is perfect for a couple or small family and had everything we could have possibly needed and then some. « Everything was in great working condition and was just what we wanted. Hot tub was great and had plenty of space for fires. My only complaint was that there was no sponge to clean dishes, which made a simple job very frustrating when trying to leave. »

« Everything was as described. The inside was clean, it smelled like smoke (fire not cigarette) but otherwise we were happy. The location was perfect for the 2 of us. We wanted to enjoy Ohiopyle during the day but wanted something quiet for the nights. We had our German shepherd with us, she loved running around the yard. Looking forward to staying again soon. »

« Very clean, comfortable cabin with such a stunning view it took us awhile to get out the door we spent so much time admiring it! Very quiet area, so close to Ohiopyle activities. Hot tub was great after a full day in the park. Do bring your own campfire chairs and marshmallow sticks. OVR was helpful and quick with answering our questions. We had a wonderful time and appreciated our stay greatly! »

« Perfect location for a quiet, forested get-away. Very close to Falling Water and Ohiopyle. The owners added special extras that made us feel very welcome. The gnome hunt was adorable as was the lofted bedroom area. Such a serene setting. Would highly recommend the Ohiopyle Treehouse. We would love to return! »

« We recently stayed at this charming cabin for a ski trip and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The location was perfect, just 20 minutes from both Seven Springs and Hidden Valley resorts. « I had a peaceful retreat weekend at Spring House. The cabin was just as pictured on Vrbo. The picture windows in the dining room have clear views of the woods and the stream. I walked onto the deck to listen to the stream and look up at the trees, even though it was chilly outside. The cabin inside was warm and cozy. I would definitely stay in the cabin again in the future when I need quiet time away. It is also a short drive to Fallingwater, and I enjoyed a guided tour of the UNESCO world...

"Do you like BEDBUGS? I don't. But for more than 100 dollars, I got a nice room with bedbugs. The manager was not around and 4 days later, I have still no answer about a refund, what would be the less they could do to be excused. I am a photographer working for travel magazines and in my life, I stayed in the most remote places in Africa, Asia and South America. But never had BEDBUGS. Thank you La Quinta, you become a reference."
