Second rate in most every regard except cost which was the same as more modern hotels in the area. It's most favorable asset is that it is handy to the limited business area.

Room had a foul smell, pillows had odor from previous guests. The floor was dirty with crumbs all over and sticky. The guest in the room above us were extremely loud, banging on the floor and moving furniture until 1am. People were screaming in the hallway all night. The staff was nice, but breakfast was terrible, a few packaged muffins and bagels.

Cleanliness was good but the beds are absolutely terrible my back hurt so much me and my team have zero intention of staying here again this was our second stay here and we do like the hotel the drive to our venue is great but we were so wiped out due to lack of sleep

My Pup and I had a 2 week stay. The Staff was beyond generous and kind. Ashley at the front desk took care of a 3rd party mix up. Joyce in house keeping made sure all our room needs were met, also my Son and Grandson, who enjoyed a 4 day stay. Miss Jo , who does a little bit of everything with her big smile and good morning greetings to me and Buddy while taking him out to the pet area. The whole Tru team of Farmville is wonderful. My stay was a pleasure and I would highly recommend this hotel. 🙂

Check in was easy. I requested a room w a bath tub. The staff physically checked the room to make sure I had a tub. Coffee is Lavazza a d available around the clock. Breakfast is hot and fresh and the attendant keeps it perfectly clean. Im staying w my dog and its easy to go in and out with him. This is TRU-ly a great hotel. This is my 2nd time here. Both Stays have been great. I just wish the pool was heated for winter🙂

The best part was that it allowed for pets. The breakfast was really good too! The room was ok, but I didn’t get a very luxurious feel. I felt like it was designed for a teenager. The bathroom was beautiful.

Check in was pleasant and fast. There was an extreme amount of noise on our floor. We could hear every word from the people staying in the room next to ours. We heard every door that was opened and closed on our hall. Someone began running a vacuum the next morning around breakfast time and it sounded like they were in our room.

Issue checking in. Could not figure out that room was paid. After 15 min we double paid the later got credit. Hotel was full with bus group who was very loud during entire night. Was not a good stay.

Ms. Jo was wonderful - breakfast service with a smile. Only complaint was noise issues. Doors close very loudly and could hear stomping in room above us (we were first floor) and room next to us. There was a bus with college age sports team staying the same night, so that likely contributed to noise level.

Breakfast at 9 am was mostly empty..no coffee..rooms are small wife is handicapped and no room for wheelchair..no seat in shower
