„nice place to stay for 2. More than 2 will be too tight if you want a decent living. Overal condition is very good, all clean and good smelling. Thumbs up. My choice for FOS 2020 “

„We loved staying in this property. It had so much charm and was very well kept. It was very close to Guildford which was great for walking in to go to the pubs and shops. It’s a 5 minute walk to the train which was excellent for commuting into London. Would definitely recommend. The only caution I would say is that the stairs are very steep so if staying with elderly or young kids to be mindful. Otherwise great stay!“

„There was an infestation of sewer flies in the downstairs of the property, perhaps due to a food recycling bin. Tiles in the bathroom had moldy grout. The walls were grimy. We have photos. Altogether, it had a dirty feel which is not what one expects for the premium price.“

„Beautiful place to stay.“

„Property was ok, garden is in a terrible state and needs attention. Wasn’t well provisioned for the size of the parties that would book it. Needs some immediate attention but not at huge cost. Company were responsive and available which helped.“
