« Appartamento molto grande, pulito e ben mantenuto con parcheggio interno al giardino. Posizione comoda a circa 1,5 km dal mare, ma facilmente raggiungibile anche in bicicletta. Per la spesa c'Ú un comodo supermercato Conad proprio di fronte all'abitazione e nel giro di alcune centinaia di metri si possono raggiungere a piedi ristoranti e locali. Cordiale e sempre presente Tommaso, il proprietario, che si Ú mostrato attento ad ogni nostra richiesta. »

« My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the Sperlonga apartment. It is nestled in a quiet but active area of Old Town Sperlonga. The place was equipped with everything that you would need. We ate in the apartment during the day and had all of the amenities to properly dine and used the washing machine to clean out clothes after beach trips. We felt like we had a home away from home and are looking forward to coming back. »

« The apartment is small but fully functional - perfect for a couple getting away for a few days! The shower was exceptionally nice. It felt like the apartment had just been refurbished, with a new stove, bathroom, and TV. The stairs leading to the apartment are VERY steep - if you have mobility issues or balance trouble it would be very difficult for you to get into this apartment. « Our accommodation was clean, comfortable & well layed out. The place was quiet at night for sleeping. It does require fitness with all the stairs to get around old town Sperlonga and up to the place as well but we really enjoyed our 2 night trip. « The place is great. Lots of space. It has two balconies and one rooftop terrace. They all have incredible views. The rooftop terrace is large with seating and a table large enough for our family to have meals at. We’ve been to Sperlonga three times. This is the first time we stayed here - but we are staying every time we come back from now on. Really tough to beat the views. It’s near the top of the hill - so a very short walk to dining and shopping. The walk down to the beach isn’t bad at all....
