Hôtel près de Fast Eddie's Bon Air, Alton, Alton

« The hotel itself was okay. Our room was clean but not in the best shape. There were some stains on our sheets but the staff came and replaced them. Our toilet didn't work and when it got clogged they had to give us a new room because there was no maintenance staff to fix it. The bathroom had no fan and b/c of that the ceiling tile was droopy and a little gross. The shower handle was very loose and we had to be careful with it. The hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating considering. The...

« Some of the staff was not customer service friendly. »

« My daughter and I spent “2” nights at this beautiful hotel. Everything was perfect. We received outstanding assistance from staff members and the breakfast menu had a wide assortment of delicious hot and cold food choices. Wishing to thank all staff members for a wonderful stay and experience! »

« Séjour de 3 nuits sans problème ,le petit déjeuner pourrait être plus copieux »

« I have stayed here off and on for 5 years. First thing was they asked for my credit card to charge incidental, $40.00. If I didn't have issues, I would get it back. The second thing was my room, 218, was so covered up in strong room deodorant, it choked me, made my eyes water. It was terrible. I talked to housekeeping who stated some use strong deodorant and some use not so strong. After unpacking. All of my clothes, shoes, etc smells like it. I had to wash my clothes twice I think you...

« Everything was good except the breakfast. The food wasn’t very hot. It wasn’t the best tasting either. I wasn’t impressed by it. But everything else was good. »

« Chambre confortable hôtel relativement calme malgré le nombre de camions stationnés PDJ TRÈS correct »

« My aunt and I stayed here while visiting a friend whose mom passed away. We really enjoyed the hospitality and the room. We loved it and both plan to come back with our husbands. Beautiful views all around and a great little restaurant up the block. »

« I was there 4 nights and the room was not cleaned once »

« It's relatively decent & clean roo »

« Superbe chambre. Execellent rapport qualité/prix »

« It was ok »

« Correct sans plus, propreté ok, un peu excentré du centre ville, peut etre un poil cher pour les services »

« Calme »

« The manager was very helpful. I thought that he couldn’t find my second room reservation, but it turned out that when Expedia asked me for the person name for the second room, they actually put that person‘s name on the reservation, even though I was making the reservation and paying for both rooms. So a note – if you’re reserving more than 1 room for traveling companions or family members, put your name on all of the rooms. »
