  • Welcome to this lovely rustical house for 10 guests in s´Horta.
    The outdoor areas are well-kept and attractive: a spacious garden, a chlorinated 14x6-sized pool (0,8-1,9 deep), a big terrace, two completely furnished porches, a BBQ for cooking lovers and hilarious views to the countryside.

    The 499m2-sized house is divided into two floors. A cozy living room is a perfect place to rest after a hot day watching a satellite TV or reading your favorite book. For colder months you have a wooden oven. A kitchen has a dining corner and is equipped with all the necessary utensils to prepare delicious meals. Outside there is another kitchen near the BBQ which is equipped with an oven, a sink and a fridge. In the washing room you will find a washing machine, an iron with an ironing board. The house features 5 bedrooms with A/C: a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom on the ground floor and 4 bedrooms (two twins and two double rooms) are located on the 1st floor. A crib and a high chair can be provided upon request. There are a bathroom with as shower and a bath tube on the 1st floor and a lavatory on the ground floor.

    The accommodation is located in a quiet and peaceful area which foster a relaxed vacation. 1km away is s´Horta village where you can find a basic products for your stay. In 15 minutes by car you reach sandy beaches like Parque Natural de Mondragó or in 20 minutes Es Trenc and Colonia de Sant Jordi areas. A beautiful cove Cala D’Or which is famous for its transparant water is only 6km away. Here you find all kinds of leisure activites for adults and for kids and a big variety of shops and restaurants. Palma capital is 60km away and is definately worth being visited. Culture and history lovers will appreciate it. Furthemore, the situation of the the house is perfect for golf players: 4,5km away there is a golf camp Vall d'Or.

Fantastic accommodation!

Fantastic accommodation! 5 spacious rooms all with air con, big kitchen area, large outdoor dining area and BBQ. Lovely pool area with lots of room, good location just a 10 minute drive to Cala D’Or, the perfect place for a group of 10.

Wir waren mit zehn Personen als Familie in der Unterkunft und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wunderschön angelegtes Grundstück, tolle Rückzugsmöglichkeiten und super Pool. Auch im Haus war alles wie geschrieben. Würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

This place is amazing

This place is amazing and needs to be visited to see it’s true colours. It’s huge and easily fitted our party of 10. Great to sit out by the pool in the evening with some music and a few beers. All the rooms had a real Spanish feel and felt homely. It has 2 brilliant restaurants about a 5 minute walk away where the food is fantastic. You would need a car if you wanted to go to the beach or Cala dor bout 10-15mins away. The owners are really helpful and popped in a couple of times with fresh towels and smile. Would definitely come back!

Alles ein rundherum toller Urlaub.

Wir waren mit 10 Personen 1Woche im Oktober in dieser wunderschönen Finca. Der Pool war von den Kindern sofort beansprucht obwohl das Wasser kälter als im Meer war. Haben den Pizzaofen genutzt. Der gute Geist des Hauses kam jeden Tag, schaute nach dem Rechten und fütterte die Vögel/Hühner/Kaninchen. Der Sohn des Eigentümer kam vorbei wenn man ihn brauchte. Alles ein rundherum toller Urlaub.

Mooi en karakteristiek huis voorzien van alle gemakken, mooie tuin en zwembad! Rustige omgeving en toch dichtbij allerlei faciliteiten en strandjes en het centrum van Cala D'Or. Prima plek om een weekje met groot gezelschap door te brengen!

Excepcional. Para perderse, disfrutar y descansar.

La casa es impresionante, con zonas de jardines, una piscina con zona chill dónde poder comer a gusto 10 personas, otra zona a la sombra para comer en el exterior, zona de bbq independiente, y la casa bien, con 5 habitaciones, una cocina excepcional... Comida y para disfrutar en su conjunto. Hemos ido dos familias, 10 en total, varios jóvenes de 18 a 27 años, algunos adultos y todos hemos podido disfrutar. A 20 minutos de un montón de Calas y 45 de la capital. Para repetir

Was amazing and a perfect finca for four families with children.

Villa Cas Conco was amazing and a perfect finca for four families with children. Each bedroom had a private bathroom with jacuzzi or shower. The pool was amazing for the children and there were great beaches nearby. The kitchen was also big with a dishwasher and a large table where 12 people could easily sit. The house is located near the little town with a pharmacy, Spar supermarket and two restaurants on the plaza. There was also an authentic local restaurant a bit further away.

War wunderschön und hat unsere Erwartungen noch übertroffen

Die Unterkunft Cas Conco war wunderschön und hat unsere Erwartungen noch übertroffen. Der Blick von der Poolterasse ist traumhaft schön und man kann das Meer sehen. Jeden Tag kam jemand um den Pool zu säubern und für etwas Ordnung zu sorgen, sowie um die Hühner und Gänse zu füttern, was jedesmal ein Highlight für die Kinder war, die jedesmal mit ins Gehege und die Hühner füttern und streicheln durften. Wir bekamen sogar frische Eier geschenkt. Der Service vor Ort war sehr gut, die Lage direkt am Ort, aber dennoch ruhig und im Berghang gelegen, einfach perfekt! Die Küche eignet sich super zum kochen und essen für große Gruppen, auch die paar Regentage waren dadurch nicht weiter schlimm. Bei schönem Wetter kann man in der gemütlichen Aussenküche grillen und es gibt zusätzlich zum Tisch am Pool noch einen große Sitzgelegenheit in einem gemütlich überdachten Aussenbereich. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
