âDie Villa Latenz ist ein wunderschönes Hotel, die Zimmer sind super gepflegt. Es gibt einen schönen Garten und Spazierwege. Das Essen ist ebenfalls ausgezeichnet und empfehlenswert. Das Ganze wird durch ein super Service abgerundet. Absolut empfehlenswert.â

âHotel fronte mare, attrezzato con piccola palestra e piscina panoramica aperta a seconda della stagionalitĂ . A novembre parcheggi senza problemi in strada nel piazzale davanti all'hotel. Benissimo l'accoglienza, camere un po' datate ma pulite e ampie. Venne la colazione sia salata che dolce.â

âBeautiful old house turned into hotel with the owner living on site and many common areas freely assessable to any patrons. Library, coffee room and lovely balcony to sit, read, enjoy the view. Literally 1 minute walk to Fermo central square with good restaurants and opportunity to watch the local world walk by. Also 2 major attractions nearby massive ancient Roman cisterns and an old palace with impressive ancient library and a 12 foot high globe of the world from the 1700sâ
