« The room was always cleaned and beds made every day when we came back to our room. The restaurant was great in the morning with the breakfast bar or continental breakfast not so much if ordering in the evening. They needed a few more options. Also a lot of the staff couldn’t understand English or speak it very well. Overall it was a great stay. Would definitely stay there again. »

« The location of the property is solid. The front desk employees were very friendly and helpful. They have been renovating and our room was clean and comfortable. The pool area is nice, however there was a lot of debris in the pool. There were big chunks of white material that was blowing out of something that looked like a chimney. « Excellent weekend stay. Property is well located to enjoy all of the activities Gatlinburg has to offer, but removed from the overly crowded area so you have peace and quiet in the evening. Balcony overlooking the Little Pigeon River provided a welcome respite from the heat of the day. Property is well maintained. Friendly, helpful staff. Very accomodating for my companionndog.
