âHave spoken with management about the issues of transport, communication and the villa not being ready upon our arrival. Management said they will fix these issue and work strongly on improving these services. â

âThe house felt neglected. Outdated electronics. No gauzed door to stop mosquito or bugs. Network is so bad. The wifi didnât work for one night. The washing machine had so much dirt built up in filter that I had to clean before washing my clothes. The freezer wasnât freezing - disappointed for paying so much and the place didnât meet expectations.
The owner did try to compensate for network issues with a 50% refund on additional bed that was requested but with the amount we paid per night that ...

âPaid for 2 x family vila and got 2 x standard rooms. With broken showers. Stain on bedsheets. 1 x smelly towel. Aircon remote in 1 x room didnât work and the other room had water leaking from aircon pipe. Worst experience for me and my guests in my birthday. Need a refund for my downgrade that never happened. Music going on till 10:30pm. I was then shifted to a room at 11:30pm as they couldnât find a remote control to turn the ac off. Please avoid this vila at all cost.â

âClean rooms the house was absolutely perfect for our wedding group. We had some of the most amazing views and it was in a perfect location near the airport. An issues we had were dealt with immediately. â

âOur family spent most time in the pool especially the two boys. The pool is clean and private and beautiful.
The kitchen is fully equipped, but we hadnât found much things to cook. The food choices in super market are not much. Surprisingly there are a few good restaurants nearby.â

âWe really enjoyed our stay. The accommodation is quite nice, the location was excellent. A couple of things didnât match the listing (no hot tub, bbq is rusty and unusable) the kitchen could use some newer and matching glasses. (Random and mismatched) the property is large and beautiful. The location is stunning with good snorkeling across the road.â
