« This may be my most favorite hotel/inn in the country. I have been blessed to travel a lot and this inn is so unique. John is the best of the best when it comes to making you truly feel "at home". He is kind, engaging, and helpful. He helped with our luggage and noticed one of our group was chilly - so he got her a small heater. The facility is like no other. GORGEOUS! « Wonderful place to stay, we enjoyed having a separate living area away from the bedroom because my husband doesn't sleep through the night and gets up and watches TV. Also enjoyed having a kitchen so we just ate out once a day instead of three. The grout in the shower needs thoroughly cleaned or replaced and the blinds on windows need replaced they were really grimy. I owned a cleaning service for 20 years so am probably more picky than others but it's your business and should be...

« The owner of this particular unit H2 had not changed the air conditioning air filter in a very long time as it was filthy covered in hair and dirt in the air was obviously difficult to breathe in the unit itself. I called the service number they said they would bring out a new filter and never did even though I reminded them several times so we bought a new filter and replaced it ourselves at our own expense.
