« I had such a great time staying at this cabin! The host was super communicative and made everything really easy. The place was spotless and had everything we needed to feel right at home.The best part was how close it was to the water—just a short walk away! There are communal tubes for tubing nearby. We relaxed on the spacious viewing deck with amazing views all around.This cabin was the perfect spot to unwind and have some fun. I’ll definitely be back! »

« I loved the fact where if u wanted say a store. U was driving for a far distance. Very thick wooded area u can go for walks n quite a bit rails of trails kind of parking area »

« The property IS next to a trout stream, that was the only good point. The property is old, run down, dirty. Rodent droppings in the kitchen drawers and roaches. Outside there were ladders and tree limbs all over the yard between the cabin and picnic area. Over all its a mess. »

« Immaculate home on a quiet country lane. Each morning you could watch the deer in the field across the road. I wish we could have spent more time there but our visit was for a family reunion just down the road. As shown in the photos there is a beautiful backyard with firepit and hot tub. Oakland and Deep Creek Lake is nearby and less than an hour away is Blackwater Falls, WV and the quirky towns of Thomas and Davis. Don't miss the music at The Purple Fiddle! There are at least three breweries...

« I have stayed numerous places, however this is the best. Chris is an amazing host, stopped by to make sure I had everything needed and just to say hello. Valley View Cabins are luxury cabins, with the best of everything! Highly recommended!!! »

« I was so excited to stay in this cabin because it looked absolutely beautiful in the pictures, and it did not disappoint at all! From the moment you step foot into the cabin, you can just tell how much time and thought they put into these cabins. It was very clean inside and the fire pit and hot tub area outside was so relaxing, calm, and quiet. Beautiful sunsets too! I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting this area! »

« We were very impressed with your modern luxury cabin in the lovely peaceful setting of Canaan Valley! It was just a short drive from the towns of Davis and Thomas and a few of the greatest waterfalls and hiking trails! We enjoyed the wonderful accommodations with all the high-end extras inside and out. The cabin is perfectly designed and tastefully decorated for the most comfortable stay! We especially liked the outdoor space with the hot tub and the firepit! We will be coming back here next...

« Great house for a family vacation, highly recommend »

« Met up with college friends at this cozy cabin. There were 10 of us, plus a couple of dogs. This cabin was the perfect size for us! The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend this cabin! 10/10 »

« We had an AMAZING time at the Victory Cabin! The house is absolutely beautiful with so many wonderful details. The arcade/game room downstairs was perfect for the kids. The great room was a spacious and relaxing area to hang out as a family. The owners were gracious and incredibly responsive. In addition to fun things at the house (hot tub, grill), there are many fun things to do nearby -- our kids loved the hike at Swallow Falls with its amazing waterfalls. Would highly recommend staying here! »
