„Owner Gordon was easy to communicate with. His place was a fantastic size. Living room had lots of seating although we didn't get a chance to use the living room as we were out and about at Bute festival afternoon and night. Loved that the bus stopped almost outside. Well equipped kitchen. Lovely bathroom, we brought our labradour and he was on the beach a stones throw away. All and all a great flat to visit Bute. “

„We really enjoyed our stay. Apartment had all we needed. It was really spacious and beds were extremely comfortable. Showers were fantastic. Security was second to none as Donald Trump was staying next door the weekend we stayed! Was fun to watch his motorcade go by the end of the road. Even had drones flying over and reporters doing live broadcasts on the lawn on the front of the development. Will definitely be back but don’t think Donald will be here next time.“

„We took many photos of the entire flat on arrival. Very well decorated and obviously very recently refurbished. Unfortunately, we had to call support team prior to arrival as the listing and information we received gave name and postcode, but no house number or street! Also information on exactly which refuse bin to use on departure would be helpful! “

„A last minute refusal by another property to honour our booking meant we had to quickly find an alternative. With hindsight, this was actually a good thing when we found this apartment. Marlborough was simply excellent. Lovely apartment, great view over the river, spotlessly clean, great location (convenient & quiet), easy reserved parking and lovely staff. Without a doubt will book here again on our next stay in the area. A great find.“

„Great location with fantastic views over the water. Really clean and modern apartment with plenty of space and everything you'd need. All facilities excellent, from beds to bathrooms. Garage downstairs is handy (silver key fob controls the door, and it's the one on the far left as you face the building). Key collection was easy and Peter was really helpful and quick on communication. We hope to be back. PS. Excellent takeaway from the Taj Mahal about half a mile down the road.“
