Check in instructions were difficult to understand. Where to park was not clear. There were no instructions in the house for how to work the TV. Entered through the kitchen in the back of the house. Kitchen stove was dirty. There were 2 light bulbs burned out above the kitchen table. There was debris in the cupboards and pots and pans had food residue in them. The rugs in the kitchen and living room were dirty. Downstairs bedroom had a sink that wouldn't drain and the shower curtain liner was coveted with mold and mildew. There was food splatter on the kitchen ceiling. We didn't have hand towels in the bathroom until the local manager came by to see the issues I was talking about. My husband let the owner know when he asked how things were going and wasn't pleased by the inferior cleaning job. The house needs a deep clean and some attention. The best part of the house is the big grassy front yard and close proximity to downtown. The Foosball table is a lot of fun.
