« La vue est superbe, mais le chemin pour s’y rendre et le stationnement sont particulièrement difficiles (on doit circuler à travers les travailleurs du port et circuler de reculons sur le chemin pour l’accès à un seul stationnement). L’appartement est bien équipé mais a besoin d’être rafraîchi et rénové (le béton des marches du long escalier est à réparer, c’est presque dangereux. Le spa sur le balcon est vraiment cool. Les propriétaires auraient avantage à laisser un petit cahier...

« This property was amazing! Once you get up the external stairs and then the internal staircase you are left with everything you need for a short term stay. Beds and living room furniture are comfortable, kitchen adequately stocked, plenty of storage, lots of extra towels and very clean.Be ready to make many 180 degree turns into this home's driveway on the end of a busy street, but just take your time. Very nice location within walking distance to grocery stores and plenty of fast food...

« Ideal location for St Johns visit, walking distance from Signal Hill and several walking trails. The house is perfect for a couple, has everything required for a relaxing stay. The kitchen had cooking oil, some spices, and parchment paper, which is a really good thing for short stays. »

« Really enjoyed my stay! The room was big, modern, and super comfortable. Kind of odd that you have to walk through the restaurant to get to the elevator, and the lighting could’ve been a little brighter, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, a great spot and I’d stay again. »

« Love the location. Place was clean and had plenty of wash cloths and towels. Kitchen was well furnished. My only complaint it that is got a little warm and the only way to run the A/C was to leave the window unlock, we were not comfortable doing this at night and when we were not there. Ceiling fans or a few box fans would hVe been helpful. Overall a nice stay and easy walk to Quidi Vidi Harbour. »

« We really enjoyed our time in St. John’s, NL! The property was in a nice and safe location. The host was quick to communicate and made sure everything went as smoothly as possible. The place was comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area! »

« The perfect family space while visiting St. John’s Newfoundland!We had a group of 9 (6 adults and 3 kids ranging from 5-10). The house had plenty of rooms, bathroom and general living space. We spent hours in the indoor pool and so many wonderful meals in the large dining area.Truly cannot recommend the house enough!! And Adam was so lovely, communicative and kind. Thank you Adam, you made our trip so special! »

« An excellent location for walking from, and for taking road trips. The home was well-appointed with all that we needed for comfort and convenience. We were a party of six (3 couples), and had plenty of space. Beds were large and comfy. »

« Was in town for a family visit! Amazing home, very clean and perfect location. We loved the outside space and spend tons of time there. Easy access for my aging Aunt and Uncle who are in their 90s. Will be our go to for a yearly visits. Super impressed with high end soaps and shampoos. ( We are addicted and had to find the supplier on Water street, and brought back for gifts for friends in Ontario! We will be back! »

« Great location - walking distance to Water Street, George Street and the harbour front. Very responsive host - my messages were answered quickly. This property is managed by a property management company and provided a helpful guide. House was comfortable and clean. Everything was as listed. »

"Excellent hotel, la deco est originale et sympa. Seuls bemols, un tel hôtel devrait offrir un petit-déjeuner buffet et il n’est pas possible de fermer le lavabo donc gaspillage d’eau."
