The apartment combines modern furniture and practical amenities with the architectural character of a historic Florentine building. Its main feature is the large original stone chimney in the living room, which gives the space a strong sense of identity, while the rest of the furnishings follow a clean and contemporary style. Please note that the chimney is decorative and cannot be used.

The apartment accommodates up to four guests. The bedroom has a double bed and looks onto an inner courtyard, offering a quieter outlook away from the street. In the living room, a sofa bed provides sleeping space for two additional guests, as well as a TV for relaxing after a day in the city.

The separate kitchen is fully furnished and equipped for preparing meals at home. The apartment also has air conditioning, heating and a washing machine.

The apartment is located on the second floor of the building and there is no elevator, so guests should be prepared to use the stairs.
