Appartement génial !

L’appartement de Linda est gĂ©nial ! Il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un bon sĂ©jour. Appartement magnifique, trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©, propre, confortable. TrĂšs bien situĂ© (Ă  10-15 min Ă  pied des monuments les plus emblĂ©matiques de Florence), bus Ă  proximitĂ©, commerces dans la rue. Bref c’était un sĂ©jour parfait. Je recommande a 100%.

Nice quiet place to stay in Florence

The stay was perfect. It was a little farther away from the city center which was nice because it was relaxing, quiet, and felt very safe while still very walkable to everything. The place had everything one would need and plenty of space for an Italian apartment. It was clean and check in and out was seamless. There are stairs up to the bed/bathroom which wasn't a problem for us but just so those who can't do stairs know.

We loved the property and location for our stay in Florence. The air conditioning wasn't working properly, so there were some warmer nights, but Linda kept us aware the whole time and came by to check on us. Enjoyed and would stay again!

Modern and nice

We had a lovely long term stay. The apartment was clean and had everything you could need. The only downsides were the stairs (there are a lot of them), the one bathroom is upstairs, and there aren't many windows. These are minor details and only had an impact on us because we are a little older. Linda was a pleasure to work with and the neighborhood was cute and safe.

Great location!

Excellent location, close to all of the tourist areas, but tucked away where you can get more of a local/authentic experience! Place was very nice, plenty of space and loved having the living room and kitchen!

Die Unterkunft ist super gestaltet, die Vermieterin hat sich viel MĂŒhe gegeben. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Leider gingen die alten, renovierten Fenster nur in den sehr kleinen Innenhof, sodass nur wenig Tageslicht vorhanden war.

Perfect vacation apartment

The apartment is in a great location. Just perfect for my 2 month stay. Fully furnished and kitted out I could focus on my holiday from day one. Linda, my host, had thought of everything, right down to helping me with suggestions and recommendations on where to go for day trips. Perfect Apartment in Florence

This spot would be great whether you’re in Florence for a short or a long time. It’s quiet and feels removed from the hustle despite still being very walkable (5 min from Ponte Vecchio and Uffizi). The neighborhood it’s in also has plenty to do. The bed was comfortable and we used the laundry machine and kitchen which was a huge plus to have! We also communicated with Linda about recommendations and things to do in both Florence and the greater Tuscany area, she was great! We would definitely stay here again when we’re back in Firenze!

Comfortable and well-located Oltrarno apartment

We loved this clean and comfortable apt across the river and tucked in on a quiet street. It’s a doable walk to almost anywhere in Florence and in an interesting neighborhood. The host, Linda, was very pleasant and responsive. We’d be very happy to stay there again.

Quiet, modern space in Oltrarno

The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. The location was great. Several nearby restaurants, a small market, and a few bars on San Niccolo with a short walk to the Piazza de Michaelangelo for the sunset. You really couldn't ask for a better (non-toursity) location. The apartment's wifi was a bit spotty since the walls are very old and thick but we managed. The spiral stairs were kinda iffy - our three year old slept in the loft and we always had to carry him down but other than that very kid friendly space with a living room to relax in and a bath tub the size of a boat! He loved our stay just as much as we did. One small negative, is there was a bit of a mildewy smell in the kitchen/lower level area under the sink. Not sure what from but I'm sure could be addressed. Florence is an ancient masterpiece of a city so to be expected. :)

Beautiful historic apartment in Great Location

Unique apartment with many levels to spread out and enjoy. Easy walks to all major attractions and Plaza Michaelangelo view point for sunrise and sunset right behind the place. Soak in the tub after a long day exploring was fantastic. Friendly host.

Wonderful modern property close to centre

Linda the host was wonderful with directing us to her lovely property. The place was clean and close to everything but out the way of the tourist traffic areas which are extremely busy. Schöne Wohnung in toller Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gestaltet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Badewanne ist ein Highlight. Wir konnten zudem alles zu Fuß erledigen. Den Bahnhof erreicht man mit dem Fahrrad in 10-12 Minuten. Ich wĂŒrde gerne wiederkommen.

Beautiful, comfortable, clean, perfectly located with wonderful host!

Beautiful, renovated, spacious apartment, located 5 -10 min walk from the major tourist attractions. The apartment is 20-30 min commute from the airport via T2 train to the Santa Maria Novella train station, then C4 to the apartment. The host is wonderful! Linda provided all necessary information and answered all our questions timely. We LOVED our stay. And highly recommend it!
