Appartement a florence

Appartement nickel ! La deco est tres belle. Il est tres propre, idéalement situé, bien equipé . Tout etait parfait. Attention quand meme les oreillers sont en plumes et quand on y est allergique comme moi.il faut s'en passer . Sinon c'était tres bien !!

Enjoying Florence !

This was our first visit to the city. The apartment is close to attractions, which made it convenient for us. We enjoyed the apartment layout that provided us much space to spread out—we had 3 adults and the space was liberating!The owners communicated with us via the app and through WhatsApp, which was helpful. We had detailed instructions provided on ac units, hot water, and restaurant recommendations. Coffee was provided, which is a huge plus! Thank you again for being great hosts!

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist genau groß, kann man direkt von der Wohnung zum Zentrum laufen. Es war sehr schön und der Herr Bruno war nett.Ich werde wieder Florenz besuchen und die Wohnung.

Spacious apartment close to all the sights

We had a wonderful time in Florence at Bruno’s apartment. It was well located, but not in the heart of all the busy-ness of the city core, so we could sleep quietly at night. The apartment has everything you could need for staying a few nights, and they even supplied a high chair and travel cot for our baby. We loved the layout of the suite, with the living room and kitchen on the front of the building, and the sleeping rooms and bathroom well into the back. Perfect arrangement for a family wanting to have a quiet space for sleeping away from the living areas.

Great location nice clean place, the host is a penny pincher hid all the remotes for the AC notes with rules all over all designed to save her money then try’s to make you leave her cash for city tax’s that are not in the rental agreement.

Quick overnight in Florence

This was our accomodation for the first night after arriving in Italy as our flight was an evening flight in and we were not expected to check into our ultimate destination until the next day. Our host, Bruno was very kind and patient as our flight was delayed significantly and thus also our check in. The room is immaculately clean and the beds ( for me the most important!) were very very very comfortable, with extra blankets provided. The shower was quite warm and a very nice hair dryer was available too, which cut down on things I needed to uppack for a quick stay. The only slight downside is there are stairs to manage to the unit, which was not an issue for us, but anyone with mobility issues may find this difficult. And we found a fantastice restaurant just 3 doors down as well :)

Excelente alojamiento!

Muy bien ubicado, el departamento está limpio y los servicios son excelentes, nos sentimos muy cómodos aunq hay un solo baño y éramos 5 huéspedes, pero para una estancia de dos noches está perfecto. Muy recomendable!

Such a beautiful and clean apartment. Relaxing space and nice amenities. Bruno checked us in and was on time and accommodating and friendly. Italy tour

Charming. Beautiful, Italian feel to the apartment. So close to all the main attractions. Loved hearing the working of the city. My adult children enjoyed Rex Lounge right across the street. Bruno was very accommodating! Would stay again

Comfortable and convenient

We loved this apartment for its space, comfort, and convenience. The main living spaces (living, dining and kitchen areas) were larger than any of the other apartments we stayed at during out recent visit to Italy. Communication with the host was excellent, and check-in was really easy. A potential downside for some is that the bar across the street is very popular and very noisy on a Friday night. The bedrooms being back off the street helps with this, and the noise wasn't a problem for me, but did affect one of my friends who is a lighter sleeper. We were able to easily walk everywhere we wanted to go in Florence, and I would definitely recommend this apartment for its comfort and convenience, regardless of the party spot across the street.

Wonderful stay in beautiful Firenze

Excellent apartment with all the amenities. A/C in each room was a big plus. A very-well equipped kitchen, a washing machine, and very comfortable beds. Clean and tidy, exactly as advertised in the photos. Communication with the host was impeccable: he was always available to answer any question we had. Good location: 10 minute walk from most major sites. Thank you for a wonderful stay, would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Más que espectacular!

El apartamento de Bruno está espectacular. Hemos pasado unos días estupendos. Tiene absolutamente de todo, está superlimpio y muy bien situado. A 2 minutos caminando del centro. Ha sido un auténtico placer estar en su casa.
