Everything about this VRBO was perfect. The host and caretakers were so welcoming and informative, the location was perfect - far enough away from the major touristy areas but still located within walking distance from wonderful restaurants and shops, and the actual apartment was so cozy and beautifully decorated. We all had more than enough space to relax and feel right at home. I cannot recommend this apartment enough. You won’t be disappointed!

This accommodation was our favorite! The staff are over the top and all of the details did not go unnoticed. We are a family of 6 and the space was perfect! The apartment is very clean, the bathroom products are so lovely and the wine was such a nice surprise. Having a washer and a dryer was so nice to complete our laundry before moving on to our next stop in Italy. The accommodation is in a great location and many attractions within walking distance. The air conditioning worked well and the nights were quiet and peaceful. We most definitely will be staying here on our next trip to Florence.

Amazing stay and even more amazing location. Next time I come 100% staying here. Very close to great local food that is affordable unlike over river where it’s touristy. Further host was amazing. WiFi could be faster. I would have paid 10 euros extra per day for faster wifi so I could have stayed longer and worked from home. I’ll def be back next year !

What an amazing stay! The location is just steps from the Ponte Vecchio, which makes walking to all of the major sites easy and convenient. This VRBO is head and shoulders above the rest. The tone was set by Anna with her quick response time and thorough information. The guidebook sent after booking was extremely helpful and much appreciated. Erika met us on arrival day and is the best ambassador you could ask for! She made us feel welcome, had a little snack for us, and showed us around the apartment. The pictures don't do this place justice. The bedrooms and bathrooms are gorgeous! The beds are comfortable and pillows plush. The marble bathrooms are 5* hotel worthy. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property. Each bathroom had 2 sets of towels, shampoo/soap/conditioner, and 2 extra rolls of toilet paper (which wasn't needed, but a nice extra). The laundry room had a washer AND dryer (a rare feature in Italy), ironing board, iron, reusable bags for shopping, and laundry pods. Honestly, in my 20 years of renting vacation properties around the world, this place is one of the best we've ever stayed at! Thank you for sharing your place with us :-)

The apartment is wonderful! It’s spacious and very well furnished. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and shower. The beds are very comfortable, and the washer/dryer came in very handy. The location is ideal: a 2-minute walk to the Ponte Vecchio and less than 15 to numerous other landmarks. The check-in process was very easy, and the complementary wine tasting at a nearby wine bar was a nice touch. This was a great apartment for our family (a couple plus four daughters), and we would not hesitate to stay here again!

Amazing Florence Find!

Our stay was just perfect! Erika was an amazing host - informative, responsive and most importantly, very welcoming. The apartment was exactly as it was pictured… and the rooms were a bit bigger! It was spotless - we were impressed. Nothing was broken or damaged. The complimentary in-apartment wine and wine tasting at the cafe were excellent touches. We hope to return!

Book this place!

This was my first time using VRBO, we stayed in 3 over our entire vacation and this one was the best hands down! Location was great, everything is within walking distance. All the rooms were super clean, had separate bathrooms and so comfortable. The hosts were amazing to work with and made the whole process seamless. Will be staying here again in the future!

Beautiful apartment with incredible location

Our family of six (my wife and I, two kids, eight and four, and my parents) stayed in this property for two nights before we drove out to Tuscany. I am a frequent visitor to Florence, and this is one of the best lodging experiences I have had in the city. The host was prompt and communicative, and when she found out that we will be arriving a couple of hours ahead of check-in time, not only did she arrange for our luggage to be placed securely in the apartment, but she also treated our family to a wine-tasting and light refreshment at a nearby wine bar. That was above and beyond.Service aside, the apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures. It's obvious the owner has spent a lot to remodel the home, and everything from appliances to bathroom fixtures was top-notch. And the best part was the location - the home is literally less than 3 minutes walk from Ponte Vecchio so less than 10-15 mins from all the shopping and museum in central part of the old town.I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a place to stay in Florence to boo this home, and we will come back again hopefully soon!

Location Space Perfection

Traveling with 2 couples and another adult to Florence over Easter weekend, this apartment couldn’t have been more perfect. We had plenty of space, the beds were comfy, the kitchen well appointed, and the location was so great. The neighborhood had so many restaurants, cafes and bars, and we walked everywhere. The check in process was easy and the welcome wine was a lovely touch. We could not recommend this wonderful apartment more highly.

Wonderful Stay in Florence

In beautiful Florence, this apt was a wonderful place to stay. The location is fantastic in Oltarno, one block from the Pontevecchio & Arno. 3 good sized bedrooms & bathrooms, a nice living room, dining room & kitchen & laundry room. The property manager and owner were communicative & available. It was all easy & enjoyable. We would stay here again or might even be curious to check out one of their other properties. Grazie!

We loved our time in Florence at this property. The communication with host was excellent. It was very clean and has large kitchen, dining room table and spacious couches in front of television. The washer and dryer worked well, even if not as fast as in the US. The bathrooms were spacious and clean. The location near Ponte Vecchio bridge was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again. Absolutely Perfect Apartment for Families

We stayed with our two teenage boys and the accommodations could not have been better. Immaculately clean, modern, spacious with amazing appliances including a washer and dryer. Five Star Luxury Stay in Florence

We are in love with this apartment in Florence! It was clean, beautiful and spacious. It had everything our family needed for a very comfortable stay. The location was perfect, we could walk everywhere for daily sight seeing and it's close to multiple restaurants and lots of shopping. The check-in process and communication was flawless from start to finish with Erika and she even helped assist us with booking transportation to the train station. When we make it back to Florence we definitely hope to stay here again.

5-Star Treasure In the Heart of Florence

Our stay was perfect in every way. The apartment is centrally located just steps from the Arno River, Ponte Vecchio, Pitti Palace, and many wonderful shops, restaurants, and historical treasures. It is stunning with a lovely mix of gorgeous custom furniture blended with fabulous period pieces, hand crafted by famous Italian architects. The elegant living and dining room, along with the well-equipped, state of the art kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms and sparkling bathrooms are exquisite, as are the amazing views of the Vasari Corridor and Boboli Gardens. Our 5-star hosts could not have been more gracious and accommodating. We look forward to renting this fantastic apartment again and encourage you to do the same.

Wonderful Stay in Fabulous Accommodation

We enjoyed a wonderful stay in this beautifully appointed, newly renovated apartment. The location couldn’t be better..literally steps from the iconic Ponte Vecchio and only a few meters from one of the best enotecas in the city…Volpe el’Uva! The apartment itself is bright and spacious and sparkling clean. Beautifully decorated in soft soothing colours, extremely comfortable and very quiet considering it is in such a central location. It is equipped with everything you could possibly need for your stay, whether it is short or longer term. Donatella and Gianni seem to have anticipated your every need! From the moment you arrive, you feel welcome and cared for. They pride themselves on personal service and it shows..from the warm in person greeting on arrival, to being available by text throughout your stay should any need arise. You’ll feel appreciated and well taken care of. The elevator is a huge bonus too! The Oltrarno is an area that has maintained its original character. There are still many artisans working in this neighbourhood and it is possible to have things custom made for you…bags, jewelry, shoes. You might also find that unique piece of art you’ve been looking for! Cafes, shops and restaurants are all an easy walk away. We have no hesitation I’d recommending this apartment to others and only which that our schedule would have permitted a longer visit this time. Rest assured that we will book a longer stay at this apartment the next time we are back in Florence!
