Vi forsøkte å ringe B&B flere ganger før oppholdet, aldri noe svar. Hyggelig personal som møtte oss ved oppmøte. Rommet svarte ikke helt til forventningene. Badet var skittent, mugg og avflassing på bad/dusj. Støvete rundt ventilasjon og vann unngåelig rennende ut fra dusjen på badegulv. Vi fikk ikke påfyll av dopapir under oppholdet. Selv om vi etterspurte dette over to anledninger. Vi måtte låne fra to ulike medgjester. Vi kontaktet B&B på Watsup for å få dem til å ringe taxi for oss avreise dag. Fikk sent svar og at det var vanskelig å få tak i taxi. Vi gikk over gaten til et hotell og de ringte taxi for oss som kom med en gang. Lite imponert over Tornabuoni som B&B. Det eneste positive er belligenhet.

Posizione ottima Stanza confortevole Ingresso ed ascensore invece tutto da rivedere Soprattutto anche per una eventuale questione di sicurezza ed eventuale via di fuga (non a norma, riteniamo) Deposito bagagli totalmente incustodito e quindi da rivedere perché non sicuro

Forse a volte ci vorrebbe un po’ più di comprensione, se una persona si ammala e prende il covid, vi telefona e vi chiede di spostare la prenotazione, l’unica vostra risposta è vi facciamo sapere, poi però ti arriva l’addebito sulla carta, insomma a volte bisognerebbe prima di tutto essere umani.

Soggiorno di due notti. Supercentrale, signorina alla reception molto gentile. Stanza pulita, grande, moderna, ben tenuta con tutto che serve. Posto centrale ma con finestre chiuse perfetto silenzio. ľunico peccato che il bagno per la mia oppignione non era abbastanza pulito. Trovavo dei capelli in doccia. Su mura, battiscopa e la porta fiocchi di polvere e la spazzola della toilette faceva piú che scifo. Il secondo giorno peró era già meglio.

Flights were cancelled due to COVID-19 - contacted the hotel but was told as they were still open I couldn’t have a refund or a voucher and to just book another flight (which I couldn’t) - shame on you.

Excellent Place to Stay in Florence
Amazing host! Amazing location! Amazing comfort! Amazing amenities! You really need to experience this in Florence. The room was tricked out with high end amenities. Bathroom was Top notch. The host is excellent! Very kind. Location is central and exclusive area of Florence. Definitely coming here next time I come to Florence.

Good luck trying to get in. It seems they only staff somebody there to check you in a couple hours out of the day. We sat outside of a locked door for about an hour before someone ever showed up.

Alex the host was excellent!! So friendly & helpful. The location and view were both amazing. We would definitely stay here again. This accommodation was really wonderful.

The property was nice and relatively newly renovated. The staff were quite absent but we had no issues and I gathered this from previous guests’ reviews. The breakfast is a coffee and pastry only, but very yummy! Getting from the front door of the building to the apartment was dark of an evening but, as I said, no issues. Spacious!

Нам в целом все очень даже понравилось, чистый номер, прямо в центре города, нас сразу же встретили, все рассказали , показали. единственный момент - завтраки, на них сильно не рассчитывайте, если привыкли завтракать омлетом, кашей или чем-то еще горячим, тут вам предложат только кофе, круассаны, сендвичи. в остальном - все супер!

NO ES UN HOTEL NO HACER RESERVACIONES AQUI !!!
NO ES UN HOTEL, ESTA SITUADO EN UN TERCER PISO DE UN EDIFICIO, NO TIENE LOBBY O RECEPCION. NO LO RECOMIENDO, TIENE EL NOMBRE DE OTRO HOTEL PARA APROVECHARSE. IT IS NOT A HOTEL, IT IS SITUATED ON A THIRD FLOOR OF A BUILDING, IT DOES NOT HAVE LOBBY OR RECEPTION. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT, IT HAS THE NAME OF ANOTHER HOTEL TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF.

Clearly this writing that we are a Bed & Breakfast if you do not have time to read well is not our problem and confront the priced of a hotel in the city of Florence with a B&B however not can deny that the rooms are modern and clean claramente esta escrito que somos un Bed & Breakfast si no tiene tiempo para leer bien no es problema nuestro y confronta Los preciod de un hotel en la Ciudad de Florencia con un b&b sin embargo no puedde negar de que las habitaciones son modernas y limpias

Perfect position
All of the staff we met were very friendly and keen to help. The rooms were clean and tidy. Breakfast was served in the bistro opposite and I recommend you ask what you can have as the info isn't always offered...excellent quality food by the way!! The hotel position was within 5-10 minutes of every location you could want to visit and being situated in the designer area, probably slightly quieter than main stream roads. We recommend you try eating at the food hall and the outdoor market near the university, both areas offered great value quality food. If you want to see Michelangelo David be prepared to wait around 1.5 hours if you haven't pre-booked tickets.

Ett litet B&B med mycket centralt läge och riktigt snyggt inredda rum. Väldigt bekväma sängar och ett snyggt modernt badrum. Rummet var också tyst trots det centrala läget.

Our stay got off to a bad start immediately with the worst check in i've ever experienced! When we arrived the man at the reception had no idea he was expecting us - after a telephone call to a ?colleague, he asked me what sort of room we'd booked and took us into an empty one. Everything was very chaotic - we felt like we were just chucked in the room because it happened to be free. He gave us some vague information about breakfast and left us to it. No info on times. The room itself was comfortable and well-finished - the bed was very comfy and the bathroom modern and well presented. This probably would have redeemed check in had it not been for two further things. Breakfast, as it turned out, was at a lovely cafe/restaurant across the road but consisted only of a hot drink, a glass of orange juice and a pastry - in my opinion, nowhere near enough food for the price of the room. Finally, the reception desk is only manned for some of the day, which was fine for us as the rooms are in a very secure building and there are only 4/5 rooms. However, on two occasions on returning to the room after going out, there were photocopies of people's passports/driving licenses just lying around on the desk very clearly on show to anybody who might have wished to see them. I realise the rules may not be the same in Italy but feel this is just common sense. Overall, we would not stay here again and would advise anybody else not to until the above issues have been rectified.
