It's evident that its location is a significant advantage, offering easy access to the city center. However, it's important to note that the condition of the property may not fully justify the rate charged. Note that the staff that were available in the villa, specifically the cleaners, were super friendly.

The rooms were elegantly decorated, the bathrooms were clean and modern, the breakfast was delicious with many choices, and the service was top notch!

This was a such a hidden gem. So quiet, clean, and had such beautiful wallpaper throughout. The windows had beautiful views and the shower was spacious (a rarity in Italy).

The staff here was amazing super nice. If am ever back during the summer I would love to jump in the pool. I give it 5 star. Even when I lock myself out or my phone die they was nice to help me get in. Thank you again..

First off we loved our property and room. It was a beautiful and relaxing stay. Me and my wife ended up getting really bad food poisoning from dinner, and the staff was so helpful with getting us medical assistance and providing options for us to stay if needed since we missed our train. 5 Stars so well deserved

Loved it here! Great area, just outside of the busy part of the city but not to far away from anything! Lovely pool, nice terrace and really lovely and helpful staff! One small thing, the AC was not working due to a seasonal change so the room was boiling - but the staff provided us with a fan when we requested one which was great! Thanks for the great holiday

Lovely villa
Lovely green area, quiet and secure. The villa was very clean and pleasant. The pool area was a cherry on top of the cake. Highly recommend.

Such a lovely place to stay. Great room, lots of space and nicely decorated. Friendly staff. Great location, in a quiet area but everything accessible within about 10minutes walk. Nice to have a pool for a rest and a dip too. Would recommend and will stay again if visiting Florence

My mom and I had an amazing time at the villa! The place is very magical and keeps its charm while also having all modern commodities. We really enjoyed the easy check in experience with codes which made it easy to also come in and out. The parking was super convenient (we had a jeep renegade and it was a tight fit but we made it in and out multiple times). The staff was so nice and accommodating. The new pool looked amazing so I will make sure that I have time on my next visit to enjoy it as well. Will definitely be coming back

Terrible experience.
Building is not staffed. Door lock was broken to my room. Water was not running. Not even towels in my room. Hallways are dark and unsafe, motion sensors to activate lights did not properly work. There was no staff on site to help address the issue. This was an extremely uncomfortable experience and I made other arrangements with a new hotel as fast as I could. Shocked the hotel description was so misleading.

Hello Michael, thank you for your review.But :1) water was off for 20 minutes for a problem in the whole Florence 2)towels were there, open the wardrobe.3) Motion sensor are present and working. 4) The door locks is perfectly working as hundreds of people are staying in the property without any problem right now.I don’t comment on “alley are dark and unsafe” they have got led everywhere as the building is new. Staff is at 5 minutes from the property and always present from 6:30-15:30. Your review is shocking and highly untrue and diffamatory. All the issue that you have prefigured out are not true, except for the water that isn’t our fault and was fixed immediately. The peak of your review is the alley part (there literally I think 40 lights for every alley at first floor and at ground floor).Have a great day and smile!

Buongiorno Paola ci dispiace questa valutazione così bassa. Il motivo di questa valutazione sono stati i problemi con qualche formica, prontamente risolti la sera stessa che sono stati segnalati. Abbiamo un giardino interno e siamo nel bel mezzo del verde, può capitare! Abbiamo risolto il tutto molto rapidamente nel giro di venti minuti.

Zero staff, so many doors and gates and codes…. If you like to talk to a human and get a smile and ask a few questions, late night food. change money, maybe get a recommendation… go to a hotel… I will be next time. Amazing property and it’s in the heart of Florence… which is an Unbelievable city I walked over to the Fiorentina soccer game in 15 minutes

¡Hotel con encanto!
Villa en patio interior de edificios. Muy centrica ( 15 minutos del centro) . Cogimos el autobus para llegar con las maletas (linea 6 y14 desde estación Santa Novella) Las aceras de Florencia son adoquinadas o de piedra, muy incomodas para ir arrastrando maletas. Volvería sin pensarlo.¡Hotel con encanto!

B&B だったので最初は手間取ったが、翌日スタッフにお会いして非常に好感が持てました。 朝食も施設としては充分な提供だと思います。 制限区域に所在する為、車の登録処理が必要ですが、そちらに関してもこちらのミスにも関わらず非常に親身に対応して頂いたので助かりました。 色々求めない限り充分な施設と、サービスかなと思います。
