« Hôtel d'un rapport qualité-prix correct, sans grand charme mais confortable. L'environnement entre centre commercial et forêt n'est pas exceptionnel mais offre un bon choix de restaurants. Ma note aurait été bien meilleure si je n'avais trouvé de longs cheveux dans mes draps (qui laisse un doute sur la propreté)...et que ce "raté" avait été correctement pris en compte par la réception ! »

The toilet got clogged. I called the front desk to have a maintenance person fix it and left for a few hours. When I returned, there was a plunger in a garbage can in the bathroom, and the toilet was still clogged. When I called the front desk again, they told me that the cleaning staff does not...
