« We were looking for a comfortable place to stay while visiting my son who attends school nearby. The home looks virtually brand new and met our needs perfectly. It’s located within 5 minutes of all the shopping we needed. The neighborhood is under construction, but it was very quiet and peaceful during our visit. Chris, our host, was in contact regularly as our trip approached and quickly responded to any questions. »

« We had an amazing time... Our entire stay was like vacation away from home at home..... Very cozy, relaxing and many things to do in the surrounding area. Zack and his wife were very kind and welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed and more they definitely went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable.... We even got a welcome basket which was super cute ... This is definitely our go to spot whenever we are in GA!!!!! »

« The ad was pretty deceiving and the outside parking / driveway didn’t look like the pictures. there were ants or some kind of tiny bugs crawling on the floor in and around the bathroom. There was only enough hot water for one person to take a short shower and there were 3 of us that needed showers so we were left to take cold showers There were no pillows , just pillows with shams on them , so who knows if the shams had been washed. « This property is an absolute delight. From the moment we walked in the home it was very welcoming & warm. Home was very clean & well organized. The check in process was easy and the owners were very quick to respond & always available. Will definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area and will save for future visits. »

The host was very accommodating and responded immediately to any questions. We will definitely be back as our daughter is a Grad student with UGA.
