We were extremely disappointed with our stay and unfortunately would not return. The biggest issues were cleanliness and overall maintenance. This property felt neglected and poorly prepared for guests. Cleanliness was a significant concern throughout. There was a tremendous amount of visible mold in the washing machine and dehumidifier as well as the shower. The shower set up itself appeared to be makeshift, fix with a curtain zip tied in place of the original glass doors, several areas of the home gave the impression they hadn’t been properly cleaned prior to arrival. Maintenance was also a major issue cabinet doors had broken hinges two fell off the bathroom door knob fell off a dresser drawer had a damaged bottom. The front door blinds were broken, and they were missing lightbulbs throughout, which added to the overall sense that the property was not properly maintained. Outside the patio and lawn furniture were rusted moldy, somewhere broken and unusable communication with the owner was a challenge, which made it difficult to address. Any concerns during the stay. The only real highlight was the location with close proximity to the beach and restaurants, but unfortunately that alone did not come close to making up for the overall condition of the property. Overall, this property needs significant attention before it is ready for guests based on our experience, we would not recommend it in its current condition.
