This spacious condo is two stories. The first floor features a living room with cozy furniture and a TV with streaming services. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with a king bed and two twins. Both full bathrooms have shower/tub combos. The master bedroom has a balcony that overlooks the river. Five Palms is on the second floor of an elevated building. The neighborhood has a gated entrance. There is parking provided for 1 car and 1 gate access card. **This community prohibits E-bikes, motorcycles, mopeds, scooters, golf carts, campers, RVs, LSVs, jet Skis, boat trailers, and smoking on the property. ** Five Palms is not pet-friendly. Please note, the tennis courts are closed for repairs. While we manage this property we do not manage the maintenance of this building or elevator.
