« Perfect location and clean apartment but dirty outside apartment. Construction and hammering work while we were there and no warning or compensation for inconvenience »
« This boutique hotel is in a prime location close to most attractions and shopping. The room was very nice and had a large patio. The price was a bit high, but considering the location it is expected. Serena was very accommodating to holding our luggage until checkin and even had our room ready early! Free breakfast next door at Negresco. We really enjoyed our stay. »

« Beautiful hotel just outside of the Spanish steps! An amazing location within walking distance of all of Rome's popular sites. Hotel was clean and beautiful and the staff was amazing. From our late check in due to our flight time and the amazing communication with staff we can't wait to come back. »

« Absolutely one of our favorite hotels we ever stayed. Incredible staff, beautifully decorated, comfortable, stylish, modern yet classic. We loved the breakfast. The rooms were very quiet. The doors were so solid and gorgeous which I think helped block out any hall noise, which there wasnât much at all. The cleaning crew were so stealth and wonderful. I just canât say enough positive things about this hotel from location, service and beauty. »

« We pretty much likes everything about the property. My wife and I travel a lot and normally go to very good hotels which are bigger, but we wanted to try a boutique hotel this time and it did not disappoint. We stayed for 6 nights. For starters, their people are wonderful, with a special shout out to Martina at the front desk and the young lady that runs the breakfast (we should know her name). "We really appreciated our stay at this hotel. Not only the hotel and the rooms were clean and well decorated but the staff was very friendly and responded quickly to all our needs, an experience we did not always have in other hotels. And then there are all these little something: free mini bar with all sorts of refreshments and even beer, filled daily for free, machine to fill our water bottles with ice and a choice of still or sparkling water before going to visit, laundry room with iron and iron board, vending machine including not only the usual but also, wine bottles, roof top terrace with jacuzzi and a full gym. We read comments about the location. While it is not right next to the Coloseum, we walked everywhere in the city. It is a mere 15 minutes walk from the Trevi fountain, 17 to the Pantheon, and so on. I highly recommend it. A steal for the price. In fact, I will even start looking for other IQ hotels in my future travel elsewhere. A great experience. And there is even a great restaurant on the rooftop."
