The villa is thoughtfully arranged as two self-contained living spaces under one roof. Each has its own entrance, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, two bedrooms and one bathroom.

This layout is especially convenient for groups who love spending time together but appreciate having their own space and routines. Early risers can prepare breakfast in their own kitchen, grandparents can relax in their living room, and families with older children can enjoy a little extra independence.

You can gather whenever you like, then retreat to your own part of the villa for a quiet afternoon, a book or a restful night.

**Four bedrooms and two bathrooms**

With four bedrooms in total, the villa gives your group room to spread out. Each half of the property has two bedrooms and a bathroom, making it easy for two families or different generations to settle into their own space.

All bedrooms have air conditioning for comfortable nights. Nighttime use is included from 7:00 PM to 10:00 AM; daytime use can be arranged upon request.

Having two fully equipped kitchens makes a group holiday wonderfully flexible. Prepare a meal together, keep your favourite snacks close at hand, or make breakfast at whatever time suits you. Different schedules and family routines are easy to accommodate.

Your reservation includes the entire villa: all four bedrooms, both bathrooms, both kitchens, both living rooms, and the private pool and garden. The two living spaces are always booked together and will never be rented separately to other guests during your stay.

Both are included in your reservation, giving your group space to enjoy time together while keeping your own privacy and routines. The pool and garden are exclusively yours.

**Electricity and air conditioning**
Electricity is included with normal use. All bedrooms have air conditioning, with nighttime use included from 7:00 PM to 10:00 AM. Daytime use can be arranged upon request. Please help us conserve energy by switching off the air conditioning when you leave the room and keeping doors and windows closed while it is running.

**Peaceful surroundings**
Fontein Resort is a quiet residential community. Please be considerate of our neighbours and keep noise levels low, especially during the evening.

A rental car is recommended to comfortably reach nearby beaches, restaurants and attractions. Parking is available on the property.
