« This property is in an awsome location. We parked the car and did not get back in it until the end of our stay. The riverwalk, shops and dining were all wonderful. The area is noisy at night, but knowing that up-front was helpful. »

« We absolutely loved our stay in Wilmington. "Luxe at the Cove" is such a cool place to stay--We loved it, our kids loved it, and friends and family we told about it were blown away. Plenty of room, super clean, and had all the amenities you could ask for (laundry, fully stocked kitchen, etc.). The second floor patio is a great place to enjoy morning coffee, evening drink, etc. 10/10 recommend--An awesome and unique stay! »

« The property is in a perfect location in downtown Wilmington. It was so nice to be able to walk to restaurants, etc, or to simply sit on the balcony overlooking the river. The place was clean and was the check in instructions were easy. It was also nice that parking was included. We would definitely stay here again! »

« Property was exactly as described. Located in a quiet area yet close to the pier for music, drinks and food. The closest beach access was closed but the next access was right down the street and easily accessible to walk to with all your beach equipment. Parking was easy. The unit is located on the 3rd floor, no elevator but it was fine for us. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. »

« Perfect location within easy walking distance of the River Walk, restaurants and bars. We also had to travel back and forth to the UNCW campus and this location made it quick and easy! All rooms were very clean with a full kitchen and ample space in the bathroom. The parking lot was right across the street and it was well lit and safe. We will definitely look at this property first during our next trip to Wilmington! »

Excellent coffee, always available, a long with freshly baked cookies. Room was also clean, comfortable, spacious, and seemed recently decorated and furnished. My room was quiet even though the hotel was pretty full with a wedding party. »
