„The apartment is located three stories above a bluff overlooking a coble street with very slow traffic, a park, the excellent James River Heritage Trail, railroad tracks and a view of the river (My favorite spot was on the balcony with the view). A high pedestrian area with a multitude of restaurants to choose from. Parking is free but about a block away“
