« Motel bien situé mais check in sans présence physique. On est censé avoir reçu un mail (donc il faut avoir accès 24/24 a sa messagerie) avec les instructions. Sauf que le mail n'a pas été reçu. Donc il faut appeler (a vos frais en international) un centre d'appel qui met longtemps pour régler le problème (redémarrage de l'ordinateur et j'en passe...). Donc assez problématique. Sur l'appartement rien a dire c'est propre (mêmesi les rebords de fenêtresgagneraienta êtredébarrassésde leurs...

« The inside is perfect. The neighborhood is unkept. A week of landscapers would make first impressions better. That being said the cover of the book is worn, the real treasure is the inside. I want this new hotel to succeed. It’s has an indescribable quality that makes this a must stay. »

« Wonderful accommodations located on meticulously maintained grounds. Everything is high quality and thoughtfully planned. Location is far enough off main road to be calm and peaceful, but not too far to be inconvenient. »

« This cottage offered us just what we needed. It is located close to the shops in Hillsdale and neighboring towns in Massachusetts. The property is very clean, the bed is comfortable. Easy to adjust the temp to handle the daytime heat and humidity, along with the chilly nights. Plenty of places to sit, great kitchen - everything just as the pictures suggest. The owners were very responsive and eager to be helpful when/if needed. »
