« The cottage was exactly as described by the host - relaxing, private, less than 6 miles to dining and shopping in Brevard. Lots of waterfalls and hiking trails nearby. We really enjoyed the outdoor amenities at the cottage - hot tub, movie screen, and mountain views from the deck. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking and there was a gas grill. The host thought of everything we needed to make us feel at home - plenty of towels, bath robes!, throws on the sofa, coffee pods and tea bags, TP...

« Was overall a great stay! Everything was very clean and appeared exactly like in the photos. We had only one issue, which was the instructions for entering the building were slightly unclear; though the owner responded in a timely manner to assist, and so it was no big deal. Highly recommend! »

« Very nice place! Carol is very nice - greeted me in the driveway, she keeps a really nice garden and takes good care of her property. The place is not big but everything we needed - two full bedrooms plus a decent-sized living area. And I enjoyed hanging out on the screened patio any time of day and taking in the natural habitat. It’s a little bit of a walk to parts of downtown - seems like more of a drive. I would definitely stay here again! »
