« Great location near Flaming Gorge Reservoir and within walking distance of the fireworks. There is ample space in the kitchen for cooking. The firetable under the gazebo was wonderful on sunny and rainy days. »

« The room was clean and was what needed for a short stay. Staff was friendly and made sure to check in to see if we needed anything. We will stay again next time we are in Manila. We didn’t bring our 4 legged this trip but it was nice to see they are dog friendly. »

« We spent 3 nights at Gorge-Ous Estate on our first trip to explore Flaming Gorge Reservoir with our son, daughter-in-law, 22 year old grandson and their sweet dog. We rented a pontoon boat from a private individual who parked the boat in a slip at Lucerne Marina, so we spent all day on the lake before looking for the location of the house. We were pleasantly surprised that it was so close to the marina since we had the boat rented for two days. We found the house to be attractively decorated...

« We had an amazing time! We had adults and children under the age of 9 and everyone loved it! The house was clean and the beds were great! Thank you for a great place to stay! »

« We sure enjoyed our stay. We came as a few mom with our daughters to play a softball tournament nearby. The place was clean comfortable. Air conditioning worked great after being in the sun all day. The girls loved the hot tub and gas fireplace. We loved listening to the crickets and frogs at night in the rocking chairs out on the porch. And the stars at night were beautiful. Thanks for a relaxing stay. The girls didn’t even get to playing pickleball. Maybe next time! »

« It was a very peaceful stay. The home was everything we expected. Quaint and welcoming with first floor laundry, newer appliances, comfortable furniture. We loved the rock garden in front. The bathroom was small but we managed. The fenced back yard was great for the dog. All in all, we really enjoyed ourselves. In fact, two of our party are wondering if the house might be for sale any time soon. »

« Our family of 6 came (3 kids) came for the weekend to explore the Dinosaur Monument and state parks. It was fantastic! Location is perfect, 5 bedrooms and 2 living spaces for everyone to spread out was wonderful. Full kitchen, laundry, back porch with a view, couldn’t have been better. Super clean and tidy, definitely would stay again! »

« After a long day on the water hauling in trophy trout, it was nice to come back to this well-appointed home. It had everything we needed to relax, throw some steaks on the grill, and watch some baseball (satellite TV!). We definitely want to come back to Dutch John and do it all over again! »

« The house was perfect for our needs, in a beautiful location, close to the main road yet surrounded by open land. The property was clean and comfortable. The air conditioner broke the second day there, but the host did everything she could to get it fixed and to help us be comfortable. Would definitely recommend. »

« It is a fine place to say. Despite the 4 check in time on the listing, we could not get in till 5. Too many barking dogs in the neighborhood all hours of the night. Not good! Minimal kitchen stuff. But very clean and roomy. »
