« We had a terrible experience at Doc’s Place. I was traveling with my 18 month old daughter. The cleaners were still inside at check in. We were left standing outside for about 30 minutes with our bags. The exterior gate was broken and kept locking us inside the property. We actually got locked in with the cleaners the first day. I called the host twice asking for assistance and they did not return my calls until the 2nd day - after VRBO had to get involved. The gate opens to an alley where...

« Kitchen is well stocked, place was close to everything we needed. We never receives check in info or codes and tracking down property owner was not easy. We were unable to use bbq as to turn on the gas it requires a key. We texted owner and did receive a response until days after we checked out. I think if the owner reaponded to texts for info I would have given 5s all around. Condo was cute and comfy. »

« Place was accurately described. Lots of kitchen amenities, comfortable bed, notebook of recommended restaurants in the area, and close to downtown Oak Creek. Angel was very helpful in his hiking recommendations and he made sure our check in process went smoothly. Very clean too. Highly recommend this place!! »
