„We love staying at historic hotels and this was one of the best. Perfect for a stopover as we drove from New Mexico to California. Check-in was easy. Yes the stairs are steep, and we just left our suitcases in the car. The hotel is beautifully restored and we appreciated all the details of the decor and furnishings. We loved the Best Gals room and watching trains go by. Very charming. Also close to shops and restaurants. Easy parking right in front. Would definitely stay here again. “

„I liked absolutely everything about they stay at this place except for the difficulty in finding it especially in the dark. My only suggestion would be more noticeable signage to make it easier to locate at any given time. “

„The place was very, very clean. Lovely decor inside and out. There is a large smart tv in bedroom and in the family room. Loved the decorative fireplace. Close to shopping and about 10 min to downtown. The A/C worked very well too. The backyard was my favorite. The grass turf was a good idea and comfortable. My dog loved running around on it. You couldn’t possibly plant grass in the yard. Too mountainous, so this is the best option. The outside furniture was comfortable and it was so nice to sit ...
