Hôtel près de Forks of Cheat Winery, Morgantown, Morgantown

« in room 233 when we walked in it had a smell in it, that was coming from the bathroom. the toilet didn't have water in it. It smelled as if someone had used it and didn't flush. I peed and when i flushed there was no water in the toilet, but once I flushed the water came back. We did spray air freshener which ended up helping. The toilet did look a littler dirty. Other than that everything else was perfect »

« Do you like BEDBUGS? I don't. But for more than 100 dollars, I got a nice room with bedbugs. The manager was not around and 4 days later, I have still no answer about a refund, what would be the less they could do to be excused. I am a photographer working for travel magazines and in my life, I stayed in the most remote places in Africa, Asia and South America. But never had BEDBUGS. « We booked the room for 2 nights, the staff there was not very professional, they didn't even represent the brand, Quality Inn. After our first night there in the much dated room, we had to walk outside to the main lobby to have breakfast. When we got to the doors to go out, there was a man there with his dog urinating there by the door. I took a photo of the man and the dog and told the front desk, they didn't seem shocked by this and said, "yeah, we know who this is, we will have to...

« Our tiny room for non smoker was smelling cigaret and i found a lighter in one of the two beds, made me wondering if the sheets have been changed. Coffee and juice were not made easily available in the last half hour of breakfast time. I would not return to this motel because of the bad smell inside. »
