"Reservation made months ago with specific demand for a room with 2 beds When checking in, was given a room with one bed. When mentioned to the local manager downstairs, he answered it was that and nothing could be done now. I insisted, he got mad and aggressive even threatening to cancel my room and denying me access. We then discussed the issue calmly, he made a phone call and handed me the key to readily available room with 2 beds!!! He had previously mentioned there was no rooms available about 2 minutes earlier."
