Hotel Fort Gay

« The first room they gave us smelled of cigarette smoke. They gave us room with a queen bed instead of a king like we paid for. There was a paper sign on the pool door stating the pool was closed. The lights were on , the pool pump was running, we were able to open the door. The lady behind the desk did not know anything about the pool closure. I'm getting sick of motels not issuing partial refunds when they cannot deliver what they advertise. Breakfast was ok. »

« I had a very pleasant stay overall. My room was very clean and comfortable. While the curtain had a slight tear and the AC unit cover was broken, the rest of the room was quite nice. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the pillows were absolutely amazing (I’d love to know where they got them). « you have to check in before 10pm or they will cancel your reservation. It doesn’t say this on the site when booking. Also, there isn’t a phone number to call for the front desk to get ahold of anyone at the motel. The number sends you to a call center not located on site. »
